Is there a warranty on the phones?
Yes, 30 days. For phone manufacture defects. Issues due to wear and tear by user are not covered.
2. If my phone breaks within the 30 days where does it need to be sent?
You will need to ship it back to us. If it needs to be sent to the manufacture NationWide will pay for shipping cost.

5. What is the actual coverage area of NationWide Wireless?
NationWide is meant for USA, Canada and Mexico only. Roaming is included. Please see our coverage map.
7. How long is the activation process?
1 to 2 days for online orders.
8. What happens if my account is disconnected for nonpayment?
You will have to pay your reactivation of $15.00 and your plan fee to turn your services back on but you will receive a new phone number if it has been over 10 days since your phone has been disconnected. We encourage you to pay your bill not only to keep you from paying a $15.00 reactivation fee but also to keep your same number.
9. If I am in a contract with another carrier can I keep my same number?

10. Can I pick my phone number?
No, but you can pick the area code of your phone number.
11. When is my bill due?
30 days after activation. You will be reminded via text to your Nationwide Wireless phone reminding you of your due date.
12. Do you offer next day shipping?
No, 3 to 4 business days. We will ship all orders hat we receive by 2:00 (CST) the same day. Antything after that will be shipped the next business day.

14. What is a refurbished phone? (Verizon Only)
Refurbished phones are used phones that have been inspected, tested, and restored to full working condition at a factory or authorized service center. They may feature new housings or other new parts, or they may simply be used phones that have been tested and certified.
15. Are all phones new or used or a mix?
All of AT&T phones are brand new & all of Verizon phones are refurbished phones.
16. What is an GSM unlock cell phone?
It is an unlock phone where you can insert ANY SIM card into a phone that is UNLOCKED. If you are not eligible to receive an upgrade with your service provider you can come to Nationwide and buy a unlock phone.
